You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Due to our fast order processing system, we cannot guarantee cancellation after this window.

After the Cancellation Window
If more than 24 hours have passed, we may not be able to cancel your order as it could already be processed or shipped. In that case, you can still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Address Errors
If you entered an incorrect address, please notify us within the 24 hour cancellation window so we can try to update it before shipping. After this timeframe, you will be responsible for correcting the address and any additional shipping costs for returns or rerouting.
Non-Eligible Cancellations
Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once an order is placed, as stated during the purchase process.
