How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, Carevolv covers the return shipping. If you change your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 20 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, the order may already be processed. If shipped, you may return it under our return policy.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you notify us within the 24 hour cancellation window, we will try to update the address. After that, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges if the package needs rerouting.
